So then, when we were packing up to leave, people pulled up to our campsite. We asked them, “Is this your dog?”
They said, “Yes! Thank you for finding her!”
We said, “You’re welcome!”
I learned that it is nice to help people find their lost dog. We really wanted to keep her, but we couldn’t, because she belonged to someone else. It felt good to give her back.
The End!
What a sweet and wonderful story. Thanks for giving the dog back. We love to camp and also take our dog “Honey” along when we go. I would hate to loose her.

I remember that! Thanks for the writing it out so nicely so we can remember the fun we had for a long time!
I’m looking forward to reading more of your stories!
Nina, this is a sweet ending to your story. I’m glad you found the little dog’s family!
Hi Nina! I like your blog! It is a great way to share your stories with lots of people. I used to go camping when I was little at the same place! Sometime I will have to tell you how I helped someone at Sprague Brooke Park, too.
Nina,
I LOVED your Camping story. I have a dog that I love very much and would be very sad to lose. I am glad your story had a happy ending and the owners were reunited with their dog. Great writing! Mrs. Morath
